SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Confirmation Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and shipping method. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. We are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you- so be sure to double check your shipping address is correct!
Item Availability If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the United States. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.
Express Shipping If you select an express shipping method, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Your order is placed before 2PM EST, your order will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next business day. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Express Shipping methods.
Signature Required A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $200. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.
International Shipments International shipments are sent via USPS. International transit time displayed on website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.
All prices and transactions on this website are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.
Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on thecalmcoolandcollected.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.
Pennsylvania Tobacco Tax Pursuant to Pennsylvania state tax laws (Tobacco Products Tax of the Tax Reform Code), all products on thecalmcoolandcollected.com are subject to a 40% tax when shipped to any location within the state of Pennsylvania. This tax amount does not include any additional state taxes that may also apply.

PO Boxes Only if a USPS shipping method is selected during checkout. Couriers (UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Time Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2PM EST. Generally, orders shipped domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days, and internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed shipping or delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method during checkout.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
Return Policy Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
Missing / Damaged Items Any purchases containing damaged items or which are missing must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived damaged. Please contact us and we’ll take care of the issue immediately.
Shipping Return Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Late Returns Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Exchanges We do not accept exchanges as items may be sourced from different vendors or may sell out. We encourage you to chose wisely!
Refunds A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price. Any duties paid for orders shipped to internationally will not be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
